I am also trying to print my certificate for successful completion of the SESIR scenarios. I went to my profile page and hit the submit button, but I see no place to print out a certificate. Please advise.

When you are logged in, click on the "Account" link in the upper right of the screen, then select "Your profile". If you have completed all of the scenarios (and I checked, you have completed 100%), then there will be a button in the upper right of your profile page to download your certificate. If that does not work for you, please call or email me.
